@mable I just learned about the app yesterday because a friend of mine told me about it.  He has lost 40lbs since changing his diet and exercise routine.  By eating healthier, he is able to eat less of the right kinds of foods and still feel full and energetic.  Either way you go about it, I wish you the best!

not many people would of had the courage to make those sorts of choices. I think its quite admirable to make those sorts of choices in a curve ball situation like that.
