It's good we have to experience emotion. I believe emotions are there to be a guide on what things we should/shouldn't be doing, wanting, feeling, or even people we should/shouldn't be around. Yeah, they do get kind of annoying and sometimes they hurt sooo bad, but the good emotions make it all worth it
