JOURNAL:
So Kelly's 20 day program to get the annoying flab she has put on in the 1.4 yrs she had a boyfriend just turned into a 13 day one. How does this sound?
Step #1: Dress in comfy gym clothes.
Step #2: Smoke a fatty bowl of chron-i!
Step #3: Ride Bike to Gym (unless past. 8pm at night, then drive CUZ I Live In VENICE!!).
Step #4: Get on Eliptical Trainer (no impact running machine) with 45 min on the workout time.
Step #5: Turn on Mixed CD you burned today and wallow in thoughts (mostly of random stuff cuz you're stone-y).
Step #6: Try not to pay attention to the time or distance until your legs feel like giving out.
DESIRED RESULTS: 4.2 miles in 45 mins., nearly 400 calories gone.
That is how I started my 13 days (not 20 anymore) last night when I finally got my dumb ass to the gym since I had writer block last night. Didn't get my paper done, but slept really well when I got to bed at 3 am.
Oh yeah, and Kelly got her booty call finally, she is a happy little slut-tart today!
