as this morning drones on and I wait yet again for another paycheck long overdue, I find myself listening to only INCUBUS. everything from "S.C.I.E.N.C.E." to "A Crow Left of the Murder", even checked out the new tracks on myspace as the album is due to release next week. there is some sort of peace I receive from hearing Brandon's voice and his calm insistance, it reminds me of a friend I used to know over the summer. and I sit here, again, in the morning, and think of him.

"the consequence is bigger than you or me", the rule of kizmit and life itself. mine has not yet been fully balanced I am sure but it keeps coming - and I will it to, I ask for it almost. No, wait, technically with kizmit I DO ask for it. Hm, new thoughts always today. and it just gets better and better.

I am beginning to appreciate the people around me and those who have come and gone, the ones who challenged my intellect and were amazingly appreciative of mine as well. I want to keep those energies around me, I am trying anyway. just now am I beginning to try. I keep loosing them when I go off into the world of distractions, mind-altering substances, and lack of focus.

thanks to my best friend's girlfriend, Vanessa, I have this example. yeah, time to focus, no more trips to Vegas and New York and out of town on a whim because you have the money and feel like it.

well, not much longer anyway. because school starts in February although right now I am registering... only 3 left, might as well keep it rockin' since I am back in California.

work on the self and the label is in progress again, finally got off my high horse of denial. yeah, it's about as tall as you, me, anyone... we just THINK it is higher. get me?
