So... with this I could start a list of reasons as to why I hate people, but that's counter productive. People are stupid, that's just how it is. Then you have the recent changes in the wild life where I live... a rather unwelcome change. The combination of me being fearless and kinda stupid at times(I refuse to back down, even if out matched), I am the one who always gets tasked with protecting our livestock. last night I had the chance to make an attempt killing whatever is killing our chickens... I feel rather out matched here. The little critter just leaped 10ft beyond my reach in a single bound then sprinted 15ft up a tree at a 110* angle and just sat there. I watched videos to see how a Fisher will move, but apparently they did no justice compared to seeing one in person. I am use to dealing with sly predators... fox, racoons, coyote, hawks, owls, and the occasional black bear or bobcat... but dafuq am I gonna do to get this guy. He's smarter than the traps I've used so far, he's managed to avoid the game camera, and he's always in an area where I can't use a gun without causing collateral damage. At this point, I almost feel like I need to name him.
