Yay... i get to install a new water heater now.. and of course, when my house was built, the water outlet for the evaporative cooling unit (think AC) was shared with the hot water heater... since it leaks, i had to shut the water off.. which means no water to the cooler, which means..no air..

ugh.

I'm starting to get my yearly sunburning and armtan from working outside all day, day in and day out... i prefer wintertime, because I don't develop this SICK farmertan.

on a more positive note, i'm sitting in a house that's cooled to 62 F AND, gas is only $1.77 now. HOW MUCH BETTER CAN MY DAY GET?

the phone company blew up my modem, too--! haha. i had to get a new modem overnighted from my CLEC-- so i'm back in business for now.

looks like it damaged my ethernet card, too, so I'm using another one.. and it's working for now.

how's everyone else? missed you guys.

the interface card at my phone company's central office is fried, so my DSL circuit has been down-- AND i had to reinstall windows because of a crash

Cajun = lucent technologies network switch it's pretty..and when it was brand new, fetched $3000; i got it for $40


anyway, i Leave for north carolina on sunday of this week, so I'm gonna be a busy mounds all week, getting myself ready to go and shite-- so everyone behave while i'm gone

my problem at present though, is that I can't get the switch to crosstalk with the DSL modem correctly. I don't know why.
