0Wednesday Nov 29, 2006flight to ca tomorrow morning. woohoo.
Next time try warm tea LOL
I know you drink it!
Skullcap - 1 part
Valerian - 1 part
Hops 1 part (Egyptian if you can find it)
Start with hmmmmmm 48 oz water.
Just before it starts boiling or let it sit for 2 minutes after boiling.
equate 1 part to 1 LEVEL tablespoon.
Place herbs in the water, let steep for 5 minutes.
This will NOT taste fantastic!
Add honey (vegans can use agave nectar).
No sugar because it will spike your blood sugar and annoy you later on.
If you have no honey, use Maple Syrup (real deal not pancake syrup).
You will need a sweetener!
Drink 8 oz cups about 3 hours before the time you want to go to sleep.
In the first hour drink one each half hour.
Second hour wait until the second half of that hour. Maybe you will not need anymore?
Third hour just one cup.
Usually you can just sip an 8oz cup and just try to enjoy it while you do whatever.
Alternatives can include Red Clover 1 part instead of Hops. Add a touch of Hibiscus 1 part and you actually have a drink that doesn't taste too bad (the Skullcap can be HARSH).
If you have the money you can take a nice lump of hash and place it in a pyrex pot filled with water. Set the oven to approx....360 degrees F and run that until the water reaches that temp (use a candy thermometer). Use this water for your tea.
Don't let insomnia kill you my friend!
Fight back!!!
Oh, dreams are interesting you sleep pretty well on this.
hmmmm
Make sure you give yourself 8 hours of space for sleep. (start off with 10 hours and fine tune it from there)
