i love insurance companies. it's fun when you have two people with the same last name but different first names, with 3 vehicles b/w them. one vehicle in the name of one person and 2 in the name of the other. person A has EFT setup, and person B does not. Person B calls to setup EFT, and Insurance Company doesn't check the first names, they just tack the cost of the additional two vehicles on Person A's account.
Thusly, for the last 4 months, I've been paying for 3 cars. I got a bill today enumerating the charges, leaving me going--WTF?
ALSO: My friend was on hold w/Wells Fargo 2 times today. Both times, around 30 mins into holding, a recording came on the line and said "HELLO? ARE YOU THERE? I CAN'T HEAR YOU. PLEASE CALL BACK" and hung up on him. Ridiculous horseshit. I hate WellsFargo.

When I did helpdesk I wanted to setup a system that just went in a loop having the user push buttons on the phone for about 20 minutes.
I ALMOST had it all setup when the network admin asked me what I was doing and someone else ratted me out. DangGummit!!!
