Not too long ago, but after the #nudesat1mil thing.. popularity stunt apparently.. I wondered if Zoie Burgher was legit or not and said she's like Erica Campbell. In that Erica Campbell was business minded and didn't do porn. There was one moment in her career in particular when she asserted herself when Danni made a video featuring the real Erica but she was like.. "this isn't me!" so they redid it for her in another Day with Erica video. It was awesome. So was the regular one but seeing her in character as opposed to who Danni thought her audience would want to see was inspiring. I mean I wrote most of my novel based on that moment. It sucks I never finished it because it focuses on all of this shit.. gamers, models and adult. We got to see real production budget and effort behind who she wanted to be. Regardless of who she actually was, it was very nice to see her being her. Funny, happy, enjoying herself on camera. In character and without drama.. and without seeming fake. I was always proud of her and impressed with her wanting to be a soft-core nude model. And actually one of the reasons I joined SG besides the blog and the community, another fan of hers who I'd become friends with, batmite, encouraged me to join. I kept telling him SG was silly because of the tiny pictures and lack of HD videos. And models like Erica for the most part couldn't be on sites like SG so I didn't understand. looking back I guess she could have easily been a suicide girl as she had most of the same values but didn't she wasn't an alt model. She wasn't interested in doing boy girl porn and stayed mostly to nude modeling and some limited girl-girl stuff. And I mean SG isn't all about tattoos and body art etc so... I checked it out anyway. Turns out I really like tattoos. He said I could probably find a girl on SG.. I mean I didn't find her here but I did find one with a huge and gorgeous chest piece that lived on a very nice chest.
Meanwhile...
I figured that's what Zoie was doing from the little I'd seen. She's trying to be herself. Or at least make a character and be that character and not compromise it. I just didn't expect this abrupt about-face from that #nudesat1mil stunt. That she'd not only stop posting nudes, but also that she'd dump Celestia who apparently is all about games, nudes, and porn, according to Zoie.
Having looked into Celestia and Abigale it was apparent that Abigale would easily do porn (and probably should, but they claim she'd probably end up killing herself) but was trying to work with Zoie.
Celestia was the odd man out in that she probably will end up doing something adult-ish but one her own terms.
That makes Zoie an odd business person, Abigale a sheep, and Celestia the only one being honest.
I don't mean that Zoie isn't honest but #nudesat1mil even as a promotional thing is crossing a line. It has to be promoting something. The video wasn't porn and clearly doesn't mean to imply anything but it's too fine a line. It isn't something that people can say ok look she was just expressing her talent and art but not in a pornographic manner.
Throwing Celestia under the bus is yet another example of crossing the line EVEN IF Celestia started her own movement 'behind her back'. So what? Fact of the matter is (as far as I know from not following Celestia at all), is that Celestia is just appealing to her fans BUT is still honest with them. If there's a million of them.. a million potential subscribers.. paying subs.. that's cash money.
Trying to underline that Celestia is basically pandering to that basest level while intentionally targeting kids.. I mean come on now. Live and let live and just let it go.
I came in probably too late to see her transformation from noob streamer to internet famous.. and so can only experience Zoie in her current form. the twerking thing wouldn't have appealed to me anyway. The early day streaming trying to get a feel for what she needed to do to get popular would have been nice to be a part of.. but apparently she only got by on her looks and behavior despite all those hard hours of trying to entertain an internet based audience.
What I get to see is 'real Zoie'. I'd said that real ZoieB resonated with me the same way Erica Rose Campbell had, and a few other models before YouTube was a thing.. because she wanted to be real.
I'm on the fence about what that means but the next few months will probably tell how popular real Zoie is with YouTube and any other opportunities she might land.
Honestly I'd like to see her get a reality program if that's what she's after or a real acting job.
Thing is she might not be young enough for that now. Whatever Zoie burgher has built for herself.. it is likely that she'll need to keep paving her own way for a while until she has a clear character or brand that can be elevated in some way.
But more to the point as much as I want to believe she's sincere.. I'm too old and jaded and experienced with what people have to do to support themselves to think we're seeing the real Zoie.
The other two are far more plausible.
While, Cloveress here plays the real deal card properly. She's a real human being. She tells as much of her story as she feels she needs to and she puts up the content that she wants.

Zoie's attempt at ASMR came off as way too enthusiastic and totally unnecessary since she's already a 10. There's no further effort necessary for her voice to have an effect.
It's really weird because I'm really easily affected by voice. There were 2 that I can mention off the top of my head. One worked at Babel and went on to Behavior. Her voice was like chocolate and wood smoke. It was natural ASMR. She could be anywhere in the room, she'd say anything and my spine would resonate.
The other was Morgcules on Twitch. Her voice.. her voices.. I mean holy shit! If she decided to make an ASMR channel.. forget about it. If she decided to just do YouTube, invest the time in creating content.. forget about it.
Some people are just gifted with voices that are like fingertips on the senses. Zoie's entire essence has that effect but it feels like she only attained that through hard work rather than by some god given gift. And that's fine to. As a talent, it is something she can profit from it without compromising what she wants for herself.
What it seems that she wants though is to be helpful to other people who were in her situation and need a little help finding their way.
Turning against Celestia which I think everyone saw coming.. but not calling out Abigale for the very same thing, only because Celestia is self motivated while Abigale isn't... verges on shameful.
In a previous video she said she felt bad because people said they were embarrassed by her. I mean move on. I'm so proud of what she accomplished for herself regardless of how. But what seems like almost like retribution against Celestia.. I can't abide it. It leaves the door open for people to say she's the fake one. She's the jealous one. She wants to clean up her image and for everyone else to do so, when obviously this was the same way she got through.
Is pornat1mil, aimed at her fans.. who are for the most part gamers if I understand correctly that she's a video game streamer.. who are generally 18-35 males.. Should be HER decision to make and her road to walk down. I'm not seeing her popularity implode. I mean also I don't see her doing well in porn anyway but that isn't the pint. And ultimately it doesn't matter because she'd need to get to 1 mil..

Facepalm. I'll say that you know rule number 1 is don't bite off half of your 'popsicle'.. but seriously the only thing about this video that I think would help her out is that she understands eye contact. I could only think if she wants to do adult she's going to need to do POV type scenarios, probably focusing on VR. There isn't much of that currently available so.. there would be room to develop it.
But also obviously it isn't something that YouTube or Twitch can do so... She'd have to find another way. Still impressed that Amazon doesn't have an prime only, adults only subscription based live video/video on demand service for all of these.. talents. Twitch IRL could be a lite version of what should be a service that allows people to show what they want and be able to get supported financially so that they can do so properly. Zoie's personal investment into her nudesat1mil, that wasn't porn, is the type of content that should be there.
Twerking and porn wasn't the only way for either of them. It isn't the only way. There are other ways to learn how to work with your own talents, what you're comfortable doing, getting to be internet fame without being absorbed and lost in it. Equally true is that there are ways to 'make it' in adult and not get totally destroyed in the process.
It seems like she'd rather forget all the streams she did where, I'm sorry.. I can bet some cam girls feel they have more self respect when they are done their broadcasts and can count all their token because at the end of the day they are honest with themselves.
AND again.. here's this thing coming up again.. The whole death to Celestia thing.. and this whole getting strikes and banned from whatever given big livestreaming service.. tilts head.. Why? Why is this such a big fucking deal?
Personally I can't understand how Twitter manages to be as lawless and underfunded while still being so massive.
Celestia's Twitter has nudes and 18+ talk. So what. From what little I've seen.. there's no porn there and for the record, the nudes are very good. I mean they are artistic. They verge on commendable. Same goes for her snapchat.
Shockingly, lets say.. Celestia's snapchat is consistent. Zoie's? Tightlipped shrug.. but um.. I don't want to say it but.. where's the nudes?
Where's the art. Will there be more money invested in videos like nudesat1mil even if there's no nudity per se?
What's the point? Can she be creative AND still create content deserving of her fame. Is she really going somewhere or just clawing at Celestia because she plans to actually do something she's comfortable with?
