Not moments after Activision made noise about not letting stuff like this happen. (meaning as a publisher, unrelated to Heavy Rain, they don't want anything like this happening in their games)
Leaves me frustrated though as I doubt that this will become big news like Mass Effects lack of nudity.. or explicit sex. Like oops there's that Murphy's Law biting us in the ass.. we really didn't intend for anything like this to happen.. but now that it has, what's the fallout?
It can't even be pegged as a marketing stunt, the game would have to be worth investigation in that case.. leaving it as an accident or poorly implemented sleaze in a game that designed more to be a movie than a fun video game experience etc.

Meanwhile.. Still wish the Sims was as well made as Heavy Rain.
