So tomorrow is my birthday, yay 4 me
I have to say I was VERY impressed with Red Faction Guerilla, was playing it last weekend and beat the game yesterday. MAN is it intense at times. There's something to be said about rollercoaster pacing in a game and man did they nail it.
<3 as ever THQ
I guess I had a heart twang when while reading the credits I saw Babel.. I REALLY miss working there.
Otherwise I've been spending mad ridiculous time with the Sims 3.. the retail and official version.
It occurred to me that my plan to review the game was premature pre buying the game. It then occurred to me that reviewing the game post buying the game would equally be pointless and time consuming.
I'd still like to and might get around to it next week.
Thing is originally the game had... issues.. where it would crash. That was in Win 7 7100.
Which died because I was trying to install a sound card (which I don't need, now I have 2 redundant sound cards).
But I noticed that the game runs like shit in Vista. *shurgs*
So I installed Win 7200 and it runs like a dream again. Better still it hasn't really crashed. Awesome-fish.
But even though it doesn't crash it is buggy, in that I managed to have my couple get cloned somehow. The dude seduced his girls clone.. the menage a trois now has 3 simlets running around the house.
Fun times.
Again, I can't play in anything but portrait mode now. Call it my mania for the year, doing weird stuff just for the sake of it.
