That’s so true! Sometimes we living with anxiety about the future and overthinking about the past but we forgot about what really matter : the present 💝

@brubs Indeed. It's easy to slip into these thought patterns of thinking about the past or thinking about the future too much. People go their whole life never really mastering how to appreciate the moment you are living right now. What you do right now, can change the outcome of the future or bring closure to the past.
