I'm trying to make money. I'm trying to put time into painting (2 hours a day) and I'm trying to find a new job. None of these things seem to be working out too well.

I have been painting, but I'm using watercolors because apparently I hate myself and it's going slowly. Really slowly. Also, my paper is warping and I don't think I can fix it. I emailed a friend (and an old art teacher of mine) who said I shouldn't iron my paper when I'm done and that I should start by taping it down to something flat. Easier said than done. It's a big sheet of paper and I have to keep moving it because I don't actually have anywhere I can work continually, so I'm using the kitchen table.

This job I want... they won't call me back, which is really rude. I followed the instructions online about how to apply and that was two weeks ago. And I've called twice since then and left messages. So I guess that's probably not going to happen.
