i am going to kill someone at u-haul pretty soon. you'd think that five days and 200 dollars would be enough to get a tow hitch installed on my car, but because that process involves calling a 1800 number and getting them to set up something with the people closest to me who are then supposed to call me to set up the actual installation date, i'm going to be charged an extra 50 dollars becuase they can't now get the part i need in time.
i had to call them myself, and was then put on hold for long enough that their phone hung up on me. three times. three times i was hung up on, only for them to say, sorry, not our problem. so now i get to call the 1800 numer again and tell them that i'd like to shit in their coffee.
