A Crumpled Kingdom

I rule! I rule! screamed the man in the silly large cape and crown
I rule! I rule! he avowed
With his cane in his hand
He beat every man
With words that neednt be said
A small man in size
Yet tall in his eyes
Felt he could control the world with a sweep of his hand
Others would laugh
Yet hed let it pass
He knew they knew nothing at all
You see this man, he had a plan
He would control them all, big and small
Taunted and robbed
Insanity he sobbed
Of once when he had it all
A kingdom, a crown, and all the land around
Stripped from his delicate mind
A ripped purple cape fall at his waist
The curls of his hair lay damp with despair
Of the time when he ruled the land
To far he had gone
With his hatred and scorn
Alienating the rest of the world
Alone at the end
With no one to rule
He couldnt even govern himself
