When our cats (3) were still around, I was the one who would give them pills. Only one didn't like me shoving the pill down her throat. She usually bit me. I finally figured if I held my left thumb on her nose, she wouldn't fight me. The other 2 could give a shit. They ate anything!

Katrina killed my brain. Or something did. Since the evacuation, I have no short term memory, and zero attention span. I'm getting rather annoying to anyone around me because of this. I generally have no interest in anything anymore. I wonder how long this will last.

I get to go home for Christmas!! Yep, yep, I got off work so I can fly home for 4 days. Good stuff. My boss says I won't get paid for the 2 days I'll have to take off, but what the fuck. Loneliness at Xmas just won't do. Plus it would make my mom cry.
