I just finished a 9 day fast/cleanse/detox/whatever. It was supposed to be 10 days, but I caved. I think 9 days without food is pretty damn good, myself. I could have gone longer without eating, it was just that I was so tired of the lemonade drink! So tonight I'm having tofu bell pepper stir fry goodness. Looooovely.

I have nothing much of excitement to say. To keep strong on the fast I didn't do much so I wouldn't be tempted. Oh, although I didn't do it to lose weight I had lost 7lbs on the 6th day. I would say that is unhealthy, but really the weight I was at was much more unhealthy, so I'll go with it.

Thank god its February.
