it's margarita may! i'm not a huge margarita fan myself, but last night i made prickly pear margaritas y margarita cupcakes. they came out way delicious... and in case you're wondering, the best cure for a margarita hangover is, in fact, margarita cupcakes! way awesome. okay, maybe that's not totally true, but they still rock HARD. did i mention they're also VEGAN? amazing!!
