it wont' be the same as when we are old cause so many of us have tattoos now that it won't be like now when you see older people with ink...its so rare....but it will be so common in our generation, it will "look different" and our brains will be socialized different.
Picture what people thought of a 'young' woman who was sleeved out in the 60s and what you would think of her now! Not the same. Things change and there is no way to compare how you will feel about it in 40 years to how you feel about a 60 year old now.
If you really want one....just get it!!

Grrr, people like that need to get on with things and stop being so messy! One of my ex's was like that. Made me do all the house work, then complained that I did it all wrong. So you have my complete sympathy there. Try and arrange some casual accidents (ie making him spill stuff somewhere that needs cleaning) and then insist he clean! though... that would be kind of bad if it backfired and he chucked you out. Bum. Oh well, was worth a thought ^_^
