ok, so im going to totally rant

i work with a complete moron... and why, you ask?

heres just a FEW reasons

1. shes lazy
2. she lies to residents and says she will do something but doesnt
3.she ignores call bells
4. last week when i was putting laundry away, she was sitting in a residents room watching tv-NOT HELPING
5. last night she wanted me to show her how to change a cathetar bag, even though shes been doing it for longer than me
6. all the residents hate her-they tell me this
7. shes conferned more about her breaks than helping people
8. her communication skills ljust arnt there
9. she has no common sense
10. she tries to pass stuff off to people just so she doesnt have to do it


so yeah... i cant fucking stand her. i end up having to get her work done because you cant neglect people. ugh. she NEEDS to be fired or something. shes just an idot. all she does is sing and dance. one of the residents even said to me "all she does is dance down the hallway" ugggggggggggggghhhhhh

so yeah....
