well i bought my fat ass an exercise bike today. woooo time to lose weight. bad thing is, everytimei do it i want to eat. thank god for grapes. i did it today for 40 mins and lost 600 calories. i really need to lose weight

An exercise bike?! Go you! Apparently if you freeze grapes they're good- they take longer to eat and so you don't eat as many. Not to sure if that works, think I read it in some dietr magazine or something.
