Unfortunately, like I said... we have no good options at all:
*All our friends are dead beats and aren't in a position to move out and live with one of us.
*Neither of us want to live with a stranger out of roommate ads.
*Neither of us can afford the apartment by ourselves ($900/mo + bills!)
*To break the lease, we have to pay a "85% of our rent" fee and continue to pay rent on the apartment until someone else picks it up
*If we move out anyway we get a horrible mark on our credit -- we'd never be able to rent again!
Our only options are what I said... find someone to take over our lease for us or deal with each other until September
