i get up to answer it, and there's a fucking crackhead on the porch.

not sure what to make of my interview. the owner of the studio pretty much told me i was overqualified... we were looking at my portfolio and she said i was 'incredibly talented', but beyond her. she said she likes to work with people who haven't developed their own style or 'eye' so she can mold them to fit her business.

that's it then. i'm now jobless. we went in today to sign our severance papers and to take care of the little things left over. there's a few people staying on to deal with the shelves and fixtures, but the rest of us are now unemployed. yay.
