so, i'm moving in a couple weeks. i have to start packing. i was planning on moving out at the end of the month, but by the time i got a chance to tell my roommates, it was already the middle of this month, so i was going to stay until the middle of next month. but now they have already found someone to move in when i go, and he needs to be out of his place at the end of the month, so now i have two weeks to pack up everything i own and get it all out.

as much as i hate to move out of this house, and away from my best friend, i need to live somewhere cheaper. i love this house, and my roommates, but with the store closing and soon being unemployed, i can't afford to be paying rent on a $1000 house. the new place is nice, and has a nice big backyard for luna to play in, an the rent is only half of what we're paying here. so, yeah..

in other news, after the store closes around the beginning of august, i'm taking my motorcycle up the west coast. i've wanted to do it for awhile now, and with the nice severance package i'm getting, i'll have a month or two until i absolutely have to find a new job. i have to be back in time for some friends' wedding on the 17 of sept., but that still gives me a month to make it up to portland or seattle and back.

so if any of you know of good cheap place to stay, please let me know. hostels, motels, couches, that sort of thing. thanks.
