i got a new car. well, not a new car, it's used to fuck-all. my dad bought it for my sister a few months ago. it was in perfect condition when he bought it, but she's crashed it a couple times, so it needs a little work. he gave her money to get it registered, which she then spent on crack. no joke, she's a literal crack-head. so, she drove it out here from texas cuz her kids are here after being forcibly removed from her and shipped back to their dad. she had no insurance, the car wasn't registered, and she was driving on a flat tire. of course she got pulled over and the car got towed, no insurance, no drivers license, etc...
so my dad gave me money when i went out to visit to go down to the impound lot and pick the car up. he signed the title over to me because she doesn't deserve to get the car back. my parents have given her over twenty grand in the last year alone. so i came back and picked the car up.
dear god, the inside is the most foul thing ever. i spent most of this afternoon cleaning it out, and i only got the trash out of it. i still need to take it and have the carpet and upholstery sterilized. i almost thew up a couple times just from the smell of rotten food that's been ground into the floorboards. there were chicken bones under the seats!
and a crack pipe... lovely.
anyway, once i sell my old car, and get the new one fixed up, i'll have a nice new car. it's just gonna take a bit of work and a haz-mat suit.
oh, and another thing. the second night i had it here at the house, it was parked on the street and some fucker hit it. that's the second time we've had a car hit in front of our house. so, now i have to replace the bumper too. meh.
...
in other news, i jus got home from seeing Attrition at the launchpad. fuck i love them. they sounded amazing, even if they don't really put on much of a show. the female singer (can't think of her name right now...) is just amazing. unfortunately, katy has a horrible headache, so i made her come home before the show was over. migraines at concerts are no good...
