Right. Leaving for Scotland in 20 days. Still have no job, so i'm prolly not going to have much spending money, but the trip itself is paid for. i'm hoping i can get some money from a guy who said he wants to buy some of my paintings, but he's being a bit flaky... the $1500 he agreed to would pay my rent, give me plenty of spending cash and maybe even buy me a new camera...
my dad had to have surgery the other day. they had to remove 10 inches of his colon. he's doing well though, and goes home today i believe. i wasn't really awake when my mom called this morning to give me an update.
finishing up on a new painting. post it when it's done...
moved to a new apartment, after the last house i was renting was foreclosed upon. much smaller, but it fits. the last house was a bit to big for me, four bedrooms, but it was nice to have a big yard and a giant studio. the new place still has room for a studio, but my new studio is about the size of the closet in the old one. seriously. granted it was a giant closet, but a bit on the small side for a room unto itself.
