i'm so glad that my father feels the same way i do about family visits. brevity is a virtue. not that i don't love my parents, i do. they are awesome. but i'm not very good at entertaining visitors, and my dad's not much for socializing. so yeah. they came out to NM on sunday, spent monday with their crackhead daughter, tuesday with me, and then they're off. good to see them, but even one day with them was kind of tiring.
