bands do generally sound live than they do on cds. for some bands it is better live...for others it is better on cd. sleep is way overrated by the way.

taking antideppresents is definently not failure. I myself take Effexor XR and it really has changed me so much. I first tried Zoloft but it made me like a zombie...i couldn't think or stay awake...it was terrible. The Effexor has worked fantastically...but man when i forget to take it, i am hell on wheels. I personally don't know anything about Wellbutrin though. I don't even know anyone that has ever taken it before. I get panic attacks still sometimes that I have to take Xanax for...but that isn't very often. I have just been so stressed out lately that I can't breath sometimes. It makes it really hard to get up in the morning....that is for sure. Working so much is probably kind of good for you though b/c it keeps your mind on other things. One thing that does make a big difference is if you are getting enough sleep....it really effects your mental health. Do you ever use Aol Instant Messenger? If you do, you should try to catch me online sometime if you want to talk. My login is FredoniaAnthem

Hey there... I was aware of Avis's earlier work with Allegory, though when i met him, they had just got Sunday Munich up and going, and had just released Pneuma. Actually, they were at the club one night just handing out copies of the CD for free. My wife and I took it home and totally loved it. We went to most every performance we could while the band was living here in Florida. I almost joined up with them to do some work, but time constraints with my job took away almost any free time I had. It is incrediby nice to see that they have kept going strong over the years!
