Another month down and one closer to Halloween!!!! Been super busy, my unit is getting ready for our big testing mission which means that we have to guard the motor pool where they instal all this stuff and with that extra 24 hour shift my month went by very quick but I I would be out of the office for a while at a time. It has thrown my sleep schedule off more then normal. I have also been working on getting in better shape (eating better, started swimming again, ect) and I don't know how much weight I have lost or anything like that but I am feeling much better. So yea I wanted to do a good update but now that I am here I can think of nothing so this is it for now hope everyone is having a wonderful day. One last thing it is almost hockey season and that has me excited I don't follow sports normally but I do love me some hockey.
