So I am working on getting back into being active on here I always say that and am really bad at keeping things up to date. I moved from Ft Drum to Ft Bliss in September and really miss the north country life in the desert just really isn't for me. However I am getting things back in order and might even be going back to the promotion board in about a month and am really excited about that. Been getting out a little bit to explore El Paso but not as much as I would like so I really don't know the area at all yet. Starting to make some friends around here though and think I might have a few cool places to hang out on the weekends now. Been a really boring few months, the most exciting thing I have going on is that I have finally started cooking for myself and even though I am still just making simple things I am loving it. Yes I am a single man who can not only cook but cook well lol. I picked up the new DMC game and think it is really good, not the biggest fan of the new look for Dante but the game play, story and cut scenes so far are epic, if anyone actually reads this and has played it I would like to hear your thoughts. One down fall of my new unit is that when we go out to the field it isn't really for training we test things and that makes for a boring time, especially when we are out for 5 weeks.

My ex and I are talking again it sucks she is still up in NY but considering our history talking things slow and just talking for now seems like it might be the best. I am looking forward to her maybe coming to visit in March though.
