Spent half the day resetting presets on mixers and explaining to a doctor why he should have come to me three days ago with requests for a national videoconference that he instead came to me three minutes before.

It's not that I dont like the job, but these presenters should, in a perfect world, know better. they're FUCKING doctors! They didn't go to school for seven years and sacrifice a year of their life in residency to continue to be stupid! They don't go to their patients without checking their charts and knowing just what exactly they're going to get into do they? Why should it be any different with their presentations? Granted, presentations aren't people, but it still looks unfavorable on them to look so unprepared in front of an audience.

Ugghh... I digress.

I earned my weekend this time around. I feel like tequila and gaming into the night.

Does anyone out there know any good books worth reading? I've hit a rut with my readings (i'm actually DONE everything on my backlist for the first time in two years) and I don't like it. So, c'mon. Suggest something. Anything. I dare ya
