Today at lunch we went for sushi to celebrate my birthday and my coworker's recently acquired Canadian citizenship. Tomorrow it's tea with friends, and hopefully cupcakes! I may make pie in the evening, because I'm too damn tired to make pie today (you know, for pie day ... strawberry rhubarb, because I know you were going to ask).
It may in fact be the first time in my life that it doesn't snow on my birthday. The forecast is warm and sunny! WE SHALL SEE.
