It snowed!! 
Hooray! It might even snow this weekend, too.
A friend of mine and co-worker of my sweetie is a Goodwill bargain hunter. She found some amazing shoes there this week! Fet shoes!! She grabbed a couple of pairs for herself and was kind enough to pick up a pair for me. How often can you get shoes like this for $9? And they're like new! I'm so excited! I can barely walk in them, but who cares? And new shoes mean ... yes ... photos! It's not like I could just put on the shoes, no, I had to do the whole outfit.

Advent calendar prizes from yesterday and today:
So it looks like I found the fireplace poker and ... I think that's a rake or a shovel. And a person! AAH! The calendar, if you look at the numbers, is arranged so that the early dates are on the left and the later dates are on the right. It's now hanging askew on the wall.
