So, I decided about a month ago to train for a sprint Triathlon! I've gone out, done research, and paid a few dollars for an online coach and I started my training. It has been a lot of fun to have a goal for going out and exercising and it helps me put big smiles on my face. I hope everyone else is getting out and doing things that make them happy! :)
