I was surrounded by gamers in costumes at the mall today. I'm in Indianapolis and it appears that GenCon is happening this weekend. I"m not at all familiar with these cons and such, but I had been starting to get curious what it must be like walking around at one of them and I found my answer today. I felt a lot less dorky today as I was walking around because I realized that I was surrounded by even dorkier people, which was cool!! I maybe have to find a way to go to one at some point with people who would enjoy it and show me around and I could enjoy their dorking out to really cool stuff that I don't know about, yet.

Anyway, work is going really well, but I'm starting to think about my next two weeks being mostly about repacking my stuff from storage so that it can go into a moving truck while I'm on the next leg of this tour with work. My brother and I are moving to Boulder, CO. We've signed a lease on half of a duplex and the stuff will be moving in the next two months. I will not see the place until sometime in October, but I might only see it for a week if I manage to make plans to stay in the Dominican Republic because I'll be there for a week with work already, so I'd just have to make my own flight plans, which the company will help pay for if I do get a hotel room for an extra week of relaxation in the Dominican Republic. Has anyone else been there and have any thoughts on this?
