I got a new road bicycle this weekend. I bought it in a little bit of a rush on Saturday morning and then went to work, so I had to wait until after work to try and dial in the seat post settings and such, but I got it all adjusted and set-up for a ride on Sunday morning. I woke up early and took it for an 8 mile trip around the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock, TX and it felt great. I'm excited to try and work myself up to taking long trips for the days off in each city, but I'm not sure if I'll find anyone to come with me.

There is a picture of the new bike and now I'm going to wrap this up because the bus is coming into San Angelo, TX and I will have to setup my trailer and then probably get some sleep and hopefully look up something to do in the morning or find someplace to buy some padded biking shorts. I hope everyone is enjoying the start to their week.
