I had an amazing time tonight. I don't usually have a car, but I had a day off today and the company I work for rented me a car for the week due to some outside circumstances, so I took it out for a spin. I grabbed a friend and we drove from Asheville, NC all the way to Dillard, GA, which included some nice views of the western NC mountains as the sun was getting low on the horizon. Our destination was a great place to eat called the Dillard House. It's a family owned and operated restaurant, which serves a fixed all you care to eat menu in a family style setting. The dinner tonight included:

I am full of food and had a fantastic drive back through two lane roads in the forest winding up and down a mountain. The only down side was the fog and rain that occasionally forced me to slow down to avoid going off the side of the mountain or taking out another car. Tomorrow morning and a full days work lay ahead of me, so I'm off to sleep after a great evening.
