I have to say, I'm mostly impressed with a new company I had the pleasure of purchasing a few computers from (for work). I would highly recommend anyone who doesn't want to build their own PCs parts (or would want some assistance in picking parts) and wants a beefier machine (although you can strip down the systems).

i honestly have no idea what fasting does for my body. i guess i should research it, being that i do it a lot. a lot of people (in countries that aren't fat like the US) fast for cultural reasons. for me it's probably just an extention of a past history of bulemia, but, honestly, it makes me feel physically better, being that i do it right after the menstral week. (TMI, but you asked) it tends to clear my skin and get rid of that last bit of bloating. I try to drink a lot of water anyway for the sake of my overall health. it's just something I do.
