Beware of waffle
so this weekend i had the most wonderful time in leeds. I saw mr Benjiman... who i already miss lots.
I also met some lovely wonderful people, who i hope to see again.
so i'll start with Friday.
I got up early for me at 10am ish and had a shower and got dressed and stuff. Waited for a lift from my mummy to Leicester so i could catch my coach to Leedstown. I was hungry when i got to Leicester so i nipped really quickly to Boots and brought some food. The went and got my coach of doom to leeds. 3hrs of boring nothingness and listening to my Mp3 player. Arrived in Leeds where i was greated by a lovely gentleman Benji. We then walked to pick up some essentials - Tea bags. and the entire stock of morrisons cold remedies. We then proceeded to Ben's flat where we drank tea.
then watched hollyoaks and then watched Labyrinth [sp?] which i havent seen since i was actually under 10 years old. it was nice. Then we waited for some lovely ladies. we commenced in playing singstar. Then went to Star to dance. And dance we did. Me and benji commenced to dance like fools to indy songs we didnt know. But everyone was jealous. We left at about 2am i think, Benji being ill didnt help. So went back to bens and watched quizmania for an hour and drank tea.
Then went to bed.
Saturday
...was exausting. Having to get up at sometime in the morning for ben to finish his film But i was woken up by tea so i was not coplaning.
after some folks turned up we headed off to carpe diem a pub for food. to which i waited a handsom amount of time for it. But i was hungry so it went down well.
We headed off to find the box office which was a lovely detour round the long way.
But we got in after some wait and hassle with tickets and guest lists.
Benji departed with his VIP pass and we - Myself, Rosie, Deby, Alex and Faye. Who were all fabulous peeps. Went into the festival.
Watched Hellogoodbye, who to me were the highlight of the show. During the day and the bands i dont really remember what we did but had some fun.
When fall out boy were due on i headed to the crowd. i wasnt close to the stage but i could see. fall out boy played well. I was supposed to go to a meet and greet but i just didnt feel like it for some reason.
anywho after fob it was back to benji's for a refresh for an hour then to the slam dunk aftershow party. where much dancing / skanking was had. then once that was over it was back to benji's for sleep.
Sunday
Ben had work at 11am so we had to get up and i was of to Rosie's [ hex ] to which i was put on a bus with intructions on a piece of paper. after i was greeted by rosie and she was ready we ent for breakfast at a lovely place. After that we went back to rosie's and chilled and monged for the entire afternoon until ben finished work and rosie had to goto work.
Got back on the bus and went back to meet ben. and went back to his where we basically chilled and had a marvelous time watching tv. I harrassed and annoyed him before we decided to go to bed. And i had the most amazing sleeps.
Monday
Ben got up for work again and i got to stay in bed. till i had to meet ben to get my coach back to oaktown. yep the long slog of 3 hours back to leicester. then train to oakham.
was such a good weekend. i cant wait to see ben again. i miss it. Think i could quite happily move out of oakhole to leeds. hehe
Hopefully see ben in leicester for a gig that he's filming for someone i met at the weekend.
So my life is back to normal dom for a week until nottingham SGUK meet. which i am looking forward to.
