2 days until Houston...am I ready?

I went to the Doc today to get my test results back, found out I have a mild infection which can be be easily taken care by taking antibiotics for 10 days, no biggie, no alcohol either, but it's only 10 days, I'll survive. Unfurtunately I also found out the reason I had a terrible migrane last week was because I have high cholesterol...I'm only 28 and I already suffer from high cholesterol...THIS FUCKING SUCKS!!!!! I pretty much have to stop eaiting everything I love to eat. I blame this on all the beautiful double burgers with fried eggs on the top and dripping mayo I know, I know, I got myself to blame for this, it's just going to be quite a challenge to change my whole diet
