Hey babes 💕 It’s been a minute, but I’ve finally had a chance to breathe — and it’s been out there, in the wild, where I’ve felt most alive lately.
This spring has been busy in the best way. Not busy with pressure or performance, but with presence. After a long stretch of dealing with health stuff (shoutout to anyone navigating that slow climb back), I’ve been making space to reconnect with nature, my body, and my peace.
The photo below? That sunset hit different after a long walk and the feeling of finally being still. Just the sound of the wind and the last golden light. 💫
It was cold. My gear’s not fancy. And yes — I accidentally got shampoo on my tent at one point (don’t ask 😅). But honestly? I wouldn’t change a thing.
This season I’ve:
- Explored some beautiful landscapes 🌲
- Woken up to birdsong instead of alarms
- Started to feel stronger, day by day
- Rebuilt the kind of inner calm I’d been craving
The outdoors has been a space for me to slow down and listen — to everything around me and inside me. There’s something so grounding about long walks, hot tea under the stars, and fresh air filling your lungs. ✨
Here are a few more shots from my recent camping trips — including my tent setup (keeping it light because chronic illness doesn’t love heavy packs 😅).
I’m still soft. Still healing. Still figuring it out.
But I’m feeling steadier. More connected. More me.
Let me know if you want more updates from the wild side — or if you’ve got any favourite nature spots I should check out.
Big love,
xxx
