Respect is huge and encompasses all of how we treat others. No need to mention trust because if they respect me I can trust them. Also a sense of humor and an open mind. An opinion of their own is big too, whether right or wrong, but it must be an informed one where they fact check themselves. They must also be bettering themselves with education. And finally beauty of some kind, but if they have the other qualities, there is beauty in that.
