I got a new apartment. Very spontaneously and unexpected!! My current roommate and I had been planning on getting a loft with two other girls in August when our lease was up. Buuut we ended up finding our dream loft that we absolutely had to have NOW.. and put down the deposit today. It's 2800 sq ft, 2 levels.. and perfect! It's a store front. AND we'll get free tickets to all shows at the Congress Theatre. We're basically living in an artists' community. Party at my place? Soon enough, soon enough. We are planning on having a house warming party once we get settled in. We're not even moving in until April 1st, though.

Speaking of apartments, anyone wanna sublet mine? Haha.. 2 bed/1 bath, all new appliances and wood floors, back porch, rooftop deck.. located one block from North and Western. $900 a month ($900 security deposit)
