My sister is here!!! Well, older sister!! YAYY!!!!! I'm waiting for her to wake up right now so that we can go get some breakfast at Canters Deli. MMMMM... I haven't been there in forever. And then tonight we're going to dinner with MissGaby and another friend of ours at Urth Cafe. I am obsessed with the chicken curry sandwich from there!! My sister also brought good news; A little over a year ago, our little sister was living with our aunt in NC. She was a beast of a woman so little sister left for awhile and stayed with my older sister in Seattle. Older sister signed guardianship but let little sister go live in FL with our 'stepdad' [Not legally our stepdad; He was our mom's boyfriend when she passed]. Through this whole ordeal, our aunt never gave us back our family dog! Our golden retriever named Sandy. We were super upset, we could never get in touch with her, we weren't sure where she was living, blahblahblah. Finally, we got smart and found a way to find out her address. So, for my little sister's 18th birthday, stepdad took her up to NC to get all of our things out of storage and to go claim Sandy. And so we finally got our dog back after almost a year and a half!!! I am SO happy; She makes my little sister so happy [and me and my older sister and our stepdad] and now when I go back to FL to visit, I'll actually be able to see her!! My little sister also has another puppy that she recently got so awww... yay.
Sorry. That was a huge babbling. Just SUCH happy news for us. The only family I really have any is my two sisters, stepdad, and my best friend in FL. It's sad, but at least they are all amazing people.
Yesterday I had to call in sick to work. =( Something I ate really got to my stomach. No bueno. So I won't be back in the office again until Tuesday. I'll probably have a lotttt of catch up to do, but I like to keep busy.
And soon my friend will be coming back home and we'll get to hang out finally! You should check out his band and if they are going to be anywhere near you on the remaining tour dates, GO!!! Suburban Legends ... My really good friend MC Lars is opening up for them too as well [which is how I met my friend in SL] and that kid is like a freaking genius. So go talk to Luis from Suburban Legends and MC Lars and give them a hug for me.
