Blog homework this week is very close to my heart. I don’t offen talk about mental health on the site or the many ways it has affected me over the years but this will touch on that a little.
The past week I’ve had those horrid little depression demons niggling at my brain and it got me really down. Two very close people to me, my boyfriend and my best friend noticed and they have both made huge efforts to help me. My best friend has made suggestions of ways of coping and talk to me on my darkest days about how I can overcome this. My boyfriend has been there for me, making plans and offering support wherever possible.
I think the best way to thank them is Just by telling them how much it does mean to me and helps get me through it all, Letting them know I love them for it; telling them everyday how much they truely mean to me.
