The last two weekends I have ended up doing something manly. Last weekend I rebuilt two sections of fence with an old high school friend. The Fence had been blown down by the hurricane and we finally got around to repairing it. Today I fixed a clog in our kitchen sink by taking out the p-trap (the little u-shaped pipe underneath) and clearing it of all the detritus that was the cause of the clog.

Also at work I have been having longer conversations with Ms.L so hopefully something comes of that, even if it's just friendship. My teacher, Ms. Mac, was absent all week because she had pneumonia. She's better now but I got saddled with a really crumby sub on Wednesday, all she did was sit there the entire day. We had two kids get into a physical argument right in front of her and she did nothing. So now they are going to make it so that when Ms.Mac is absent I am the substitute. just means I'll be with the kids longer, be responsible for giving them work, and get $15 more per day.
