So I have now been working at the school for two weeks. I have been enjoying it, but there have been some stressful days. Yesterday, for instance, had me wanting to strangle the kids during lunch. They were doing nothing but playing which culminated with "E the Lion" spilling his milk all over the table and then crying because he thought he was in trouble. The day started to improve and got better after that, but then "Princess S" broke my heart. She had been good for more then five days in a row, getting smiley faces on all her daily conduct reports, so I got to take her to the vice principals office where she chose a prize (pencil or sticker, kids are easy like that), I was so proud of her that I gave her a hug usually reserved for the kids who are well behaved or simply crying alot ("E the Lion" gets alot of hugs). So we starting getting the kids ready to get on the bus and go home, when "Princess S" spits in "H Face"'s Face. I was just so disappointed that she would do that, and I let her know that she made me sad by behaving that way.

It has been cool learning sign language, and now I have classes to go to on Thursdays taught by Monica who is one of the teachers I have made friends with. I sit at second lunch with her class of 4th and 5th graders. I have a sneaking suspicion that half of them are making fun of me because they know I can't tell what they say. Ms.L is teaching the sign language class after Monica's so I might start sticking around for that as well.

Other then more school stuff the only thing I have done is go see Max Payne. It was a bad bad movie, and if you go make sure you are either drunk or with a bunch of people who can MST3K it.
