So I have been joining and participating in more groups here on SG and been thinking about putting together some group events for the SG Houston community. I'm hoping that I can get some interest up to go as a group to check out some Houston roller derby. I've never been to one and I think it could very well be a good time for all. Next I wanted to see about putting together a Miracle Berry Party. If you haven't heard of miracle berries they are a little grown berry that when eaten rewires your tongues flavor receptors for a short period of time. Basically it makes all bitter and sour food taste sweet. I read an article about it on Digg and thought it would be a pretty cool thing to do. Get a group of people and everyone brings something to eat or drink that might interact well with the miracle berry, then just everyone eat and drink and have some fun.

Outside of SG I have been seeing about joining a Locksport club that is suppose to be forming in Houston. just a bunch of lock picking enthusiast getting together and talking while everyone picks locks for fun. Lock picking has always interested me, and I've gotten to do it a couple of times before and wouldn't mind learning more at all.
