Very cool, school is finally over and I passed all my classes with grades better than I should probably have. No complaints here.
Broke up with the girlfriend, but we knew that was coming so it sucked but not as much as it normally would, ya know? We are both bad with long distance relationships. I guess it is good we admit that and didnt try to make it work and then bust up on a bad note. She is one of the coolest women Ive met in a long time and I miss her. Gonna try to stay in touch. She is still a really good friend.
Now Im getting ready to start my new job. Woohoo. Should be fun. Couple weeks of training in NC and then off to Santa Barbara, CA. They are paying me to take a bunch of kids around and do really cool things. Surfing for oneIve never done this before and it rocks even harder that someone is going to pay me to learn. HA! We are supposed to go snorkeling, caving, hiking, sea kayaking and a bunch of other stuff. I am so looking forward to it.
One thing that sucks is that this is my internship for school also and Im supposed to write papers every week to send in to my advisor at school but Im out on trips most of the time so any time I get off will be spent writing the stupid papers. I cant just blow this shit off till the end of the summer like I normally would. It is going to be way too much work to try to do that. But I wanna play on my time off not write papers. POOP!
