Sometimes a few words can haunt you, sometimes a thousand words mean nothing. A song by FKA Twigs recently struck a chord with me. The words felt so powerful I put them on my body. She sings "he told me I was so small, I told him water me."

I have struggled for a lot of my life with low confidence and choosing partners who make me less instead of more. It takes just one human to see you or be kind. And sometimes that person is you. It's so much easier to choose growth and progress when you choose yourself and give yourself what you need.
